1. Plain English Summary

You are responsible for reviewing calendar entries and keeping your approved senders, calendar permissions, and account settings accurate.

myaisecy is designed to reduce administrative burden, but it is not a substitute for your own judgment, and we cannot guarantee that every event, date, time, location, or reminder will be extracted perfectly.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of myaisecy, including our website, email-processing service, calendar integrations, digests, reminders, and related features.

By creating an account, connecting a calendar, forwarding emails to your myaisecy address, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use myaisecy.

3. The Service

myaisecy provides tools that help users process scheduling-related information.

  • A personal @myaisecy.com email address.
  • Processing of emails forwarded by you or approved senders.
  • Extraction of scheduling details such as dates, times, locations, attendees, event titles, travel details, and reminders.
  • Creation or updating of calendar events.
  • Weekly or periodic digest emails.
  • Review, approval, or notification workflows.
  • Optional integrations with calendar providers such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, or other services.

The service may change over time. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

4. AI-Assisted Processing

myaisecy uses automated systems, including AI models, to interpret emails, attachments, and scheduling details.

AI systems can make mistakes. For example, myaisecy may misread a date or time, select the wrong time zone, miss an event, duplicate an event, extract the wrong location, misinterpret a cancellation or update, fail to process an attachment, or create an event from incomplete or ambiguous information.

You are responsible for reviewing calendar entries, reminders, and digests for accuracy.

myaisecy should not be relied on as the sole system for critical, emergency, legal, medical, financial, travel, childcare, school, work, or safety-sensitive obligations.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Keeping your account information accurate.
  • Maintaining control of your login credentials.
  • Choosing which calendar myaisecy may access.
  • Reviewing calendar events created or suggested by myaisecy.
  • Maintaining your list of approved senders.
  • Revoking access for senders you no longer trust.
  • Ensuring that forwarded emails do not violate the rights of others.
  • Complying with applicable laws and third-party service terms.

You should not assume that an event was correctly added until you verify it in your calendar.

6. Approved Senders

myaisecy may allow you to designate approved senders who can forward scheduling-related emails to your myaisecy address.

You are responsible for deciding who is approved to send information to your myaisecy account.

If an approved sender sends incorrect, unauthorized, sensitive, or unwanted information, you are responsible for removing that sender or updating your account settings.

myaisecy may reject, block, throttle, or ignore emails from unapproved senders, suspicious senders, abusive sources, or sources that appear to create security or reliability risks.

7. Calendar and Email Permissions

To provide the service, myaisecy may request permission to access or update your calendar.

Where available, myaisecy uses OAuth authorization rather than asking for or storing your calendar password.

You authorize myaisecy to use your connected calendar permissions to perform actions you enable, such as creating calendar events, updating calendar events, adding descriptions, locations, or reminders, checking event identifiers to prevent duplicates, and sending digests or summaries.

You may revoke calendar access through your calendar provider or your myaisecy account settings. If you revoke access, some features may stop working.

8. Email and Attachment Processing

When emails or attachments are sent to your myaisecy address, you authorize myaisecy to process them for scheduling-related purposes.

  • Email headers.
  • Subject lines.
  • Body text.
  • Attachments.
  • Calendar invitations.
  • Travel itineraries.
  • Event schedules.
  • PDFs, images, or documents containing scheduling details.

You agree not to use myaisecy to process content that you do not have the right to share.

You should not send highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being processed for the service.

9. Privacy

Your use of myaisecy is also governed by our AI & Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the AI & Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the AI & Privacy Policy controls for privacy-specific matters.

10. Third-Party Services

myaisecy may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to AI model providers, cloud hosting providers, email infrastructure providers, calendar providers, payment processors, and monitoring, analytics, and security providers.

Your use of connected services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

myaisecy is not responsible for outages, errors, security incidents, policy changes, or limitations caused by third-party services.

11. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Some myaisecy features may be free, paid, subscription-based, or available through early access.

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase. Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Billing may be handled by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the refund terms presented at purchase or required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support@myaisecy.com.

12. Early Access and Beta Features

myaisecy may offer early access, beta, experimental, or preview features.

These features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or changed without notice.

Beta features are provided for testing and feedback and should not be relied on for critical scheduling needs.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse myaisecy.

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Send spam, phishing, malware, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with service availability or security.
  • Abuse email intake addresses.
  • Circumvent sender approval, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Use the service to process content that violates another person’s rights.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service except as allowed by law.
  • Use myaisecy to create a competing service through automated extraction or bulk copying.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to myaisecy if you violate these Terms, your account creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk, payment fails for a paid service, we are required to do so by law, or the service is discontinued.

You may stop using myaisecy at any time.

You may request account deletion by contacting support@myaisecy.com or privacy@myaisecy.com.

15. Ownership

myaisecy, including its software, website, branding, designs, workflows, models, prompts, code, documentation, and service infrastructure, is owned by myaisecy or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of myaisecy intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of the content you send to myaisecy, including your emails, attachments, calendar information, and scheduling details.

You grant myaisecy a limited license to process your content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service in accordance with these Terms and the AI & Privacy Policy.

16. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature ideas, or other comments, you allow myaisecy to use them without restriction or compensation.

This does not give myaisecy ownership of your personal email content.

17. No Professional Advice

myaisecy provides administrative and scheduling assistance only.

The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, employment, travel, childcare, safety, or professional advice.

You are responsible for making your own decisions and verifying important information.

18. No Guarantee of Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but myaisecy may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or degraded.

This may happen because of maintenance, third-party outages, email delivery delays, calendar provider limitations, model provider outages, security issues, network problems, bugs, or software errors.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

19. Disclaimers

myaisecy is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that every email will be processed, every event will be identified, every calendar entry will be correct, every reminder will be sent, every digest will be complete, the service will be available at all times, or AI-generated outputs will be accurate.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myaisecy and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages arising from missed appointments, incorrect calendar entries, travel errors, missed deadlines, duplicate or deleted events, email processing failures, AI interpretation errors, calendar provider issues, unauthorized sender activity, loss of data, or service downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to myaisecy in the three months before the claim or $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless myaisecy and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, content you send or authorize others to send, your approved senders, your misuse of calendar or email integrations, or your violation of another person’s rights.

22. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users, such as by posting a notice on the website or sending an email.

Your continued use of myaisecy after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

We will not retroactively change our rights to use your personal email content for unrelated purposes without appropriate notice and consent.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Blacksburg, Montgomery County, Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@myaisecy.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
